Tsuivan Guril
Tsuivan Guril is a traditional Mongolian dish made with stir-fried noodles, vegetables, and meat.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Cabbage - 1/2 small head, thinly sliced
- Bell pepper - 1 large, thinly sliced
- Carrot - 2 medium, julienned
- Onion - 1 large, thinly sliced
- Egg noodles - 300 grams
- Beef - 500 grams, thinly sliced
Let's Get Started
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over high heat.
- Add the beef slices and stir-fry until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the onion, carrot, bell pepper, cabbage, and garlic. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the pan and add the cooked egg noodles.
- Drizzle the soy sauce and oyster sauce over the noodles and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, or until everything is well combined and heated through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
