Tsuivan
Tsuivan is a traditional Mongolian dish made with noodles, meat, and vegetables.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Green onions - 4, chopped
- Egg noodles - 300 grams
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Bell peppers - 2, thinly sliced
- Potatoes - 2 medium, cubed
- Carrots - 2 medium, julienned
- Onion - 1 large, thinly sliced
- Beef - 500 grams, thinly sliced
Let's Get Started
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
- Add the beef and cook until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the onions, carrots, potatoes, bell peppers, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the cooked beef back to the pan and stir in the soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan with the meat and vegetables. Stir well to combine.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
