Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the beef and cook until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the onions, carrots, potatoes, bell peppers, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Add the cooked beef back to the pan and stir in the soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the pan with the meat and vegetables. Stir well to combine.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
