Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the lamb slices and cook until browned. Remove from the pot and set aside.
  3. In the same pot, add the sliced onion, julienned carrots, diced potatoes, shredded cabbage, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Cook until the vegetables are slightly softened.
  4. Return the lamb to the pot and add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  5. Pour enough water into the pot to cover the ingredients. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  7. Once the soup is ready, serve it hot over a bed of cooked egg noodles.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro before serving.
