Truffled Celeriac Soup

Let's Get Started

  1. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the celeriac and cook for another 5 minutes, until it begins to soften.
