Truffle Burger

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with the truffle oil, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
  2. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  3. While the burgers are cooking, mix the mayonnaise with a little truffle oil to make truffle mayo.
  4. Toast the brioche buns on the grill or in a toaster.
  5. Spread the truffle mayo on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a lettuce leaf, a slice of tomato, and a slice of onion.
  6. When the burgers are done, place a slice of Swiss cheese on each one and let it melt slightly from the heat of the burger.
  7. Place the burgers on the buns and top with the other half of the bun. Serve immediately.
