Roast Beef Croissant
A delicious and easy-to-make sandwich with roast beef, cheese, and a buttery croissant.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Dijon mustard - To taste
- Mayonnaise - To taste
- Swiss cheese - 4 slices
- Roast beef - 1 pound, thinly sliced
- Croissants - 4, sliced in half
Let's Get Started
- Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on the inside of each croissant half.
- Layer the roast beef, Swiss cheese, lettuce, and tomato on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Top with the other half of the croissant.
- Serve immediately, or wrap in foil and refrigerate until ready to serve.
