  1. Season the trout fillets with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the trout, skin side down, and cook for 2-3 minutes until the skin is crispy.
  4. Flip the trout and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
  5. Remove the trout from the skillet and set aside.
  6. Add the remaining butter to the skillet and melt over medium heat.
  7. Add the almonds and cook until they are golden and the butter is browned.
  8. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and parsley.
  9. Pour the almond butter sauce over the trout and serve.
