Trout Almondine
Trout Almondine is a classic French dish with a crunchy almond crust that's fried in a brown butter sauce and served with squeeze of fresh lemon juice.

- Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon - 1, juiced
- Almonds - 1/2 cup, sliced
- Butter - 4 tablespoons
- Flour - 1/2 cup
- Salt and pepper - To taste

Let's Get Started
- Season the trout fillets with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the trout, skin side down, and cook for 2-3 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- Flip the trout and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
- Remove the trout from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the remaining butter to the skillet and melt over medium heat.
- Add the almonds and cook until they are golden and the butter is browned.
- Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and parsley.
- Pour the almond butter sauce over the trout and serve.
