  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic until soft. Add the shredded chicken, tomatoes, and olives. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix the flour and baking powder. In another bowl, beat the eggs, milk, and oil together. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until smooth.
  4. Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking dish. Spread the chicken mixture on top, then cover with the remaining batter.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
