Let's Get Started

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape into thin patties.
  3. Heat a pan over high heat and turn on your hood fan.
  4. Add the patties and onions to the pan and cook until the patties are browned and the onions are soft, about 5 minutes per side.
  5. Pour the soy sauce over the patties and onions and cook for another minute.
  6. Place each patty on a bun, top with the cooked onions, and serve immediately.
