Blue Cheese Burger
A juicy burger topped with tangy blue cheese and caramelized onions.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Tomato - 1 large, sliced
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Burger buns - 4
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Onions - 1 large, thinly sliced
- Blue cheese - 4 ounces, crumbled
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Ground beef - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until caramelized, about 10 minutes.
- While the onions are cooking, season the ground beef with salt and pepper and form into 4 patties.
- Cook the patties on a grill or in a skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side, or until done to your liking.
