Cuban Burger
A delicious fusion of Cuban and American cuisine, this burger is made with seasoned ground beef, Swiss cheese, ham, pickles, and a tangy mustard sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Burger buns - 4
- Mustard - 4 tablespoons
- Dill pickles - 8 slices
- Ham - 4 slices
- Swiss cheese - 4 slices
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Ground beef - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Top each patty with a slice of Swiss cheese and a slice of ham. Cover and cook for another minute, or until the cheese is melted.
