Tomato, Mozzarella and Basil Salad

- Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Balsamic vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Basil - 1/4 cup
- Mozzarella - 1 cup
- Tomatoes - 2 cups

- Wash and dry the tomatoes, mozzarella and basil.
- Chop the tomatoes into small cubes.
- Slice the mozzarella into small cubes.
- Chop the basil into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, mozzarella and basil.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
