Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, lemongrass, fish sauce, honey, lime juice, soy sauce, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill the shrimp skewers for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and slightly charred.
