  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers, broccoli florets, and sliced carrots. Stir fry for 4-5 minutes, until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
