Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, heat another tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  5. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
  6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and pour the teriyaki sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables.
  7. Stir fry for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and vegetables.
  8. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
  9. Serve the teriyaki chicken stir fry over cooked rice.
