Tempeh Tikka Masala

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the tempeh and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the onion, garlic, and ginger and cook until the onion is soft.
  4. Add the garam masala, turmeric, and cumin and cook for another minute.
  5. Add the canned tomatoes, coconut milk, and salt. Bring to a simmer.
  6. Return the tempeh to the pan and simmer for 15 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
  7. Serve the Tempeh Tikka Masala over rice, garnished with cilantro.
