Tempeh Stir Fry

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce and maple syrup. Add the tempeh cubes and let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add the marinated tempeh to the pan and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove the tempeh from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the bell pepper, broccoli, and carrots. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  5. Return the tempeh to the pan and stir to combine with the vegetables. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve the stir-fry hot, garnished with the chopped green onions.
