Tempeh and Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the tempeh and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the broccoli and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for another minute.
  5. Return the tempeh to the skillet and add the soy sauce. Stir well to combine.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until everything is well coated in the sauce.
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
