Ingredients - Serves 6

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the onions and garlic until softened.
  4. Add the white wine and cook for 2 minutes, until slightly reduced.
  5. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes.
  6. Top with half of the cooked bacon, onions, and garlic mixture.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  8. Layer the remaining potatoes on top, followed by the remaining bacon, onions, and garlic mixture.
  9. Season again with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  10. Arrange the sliced Reblochon cheese on top of the potatoes.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  12. Serve hot and enjoy!
