  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Add the heavy cream, flour, vanilla extract, and salt and beat until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is still slightly jiggly.
  7. Let the cheesecake cool in the pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes, then remove the sides of the pan and let cool completely.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving.
