Tandoori Salmon
This flavorful Tandoori Salmon is marinated in a blend of spices and yogurt, then grilled to perfection.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Lemon wedges - For serving
- Fresh cilantro - For garnish
- Salt - To taste
- Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Tandoori masala - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Greek yogurt - 1/2 cup
- Salmon fillets - 4 pieces
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, tandoori masala, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, turmeric, garlic paste, ginger paste, and salt.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the salmon is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and shake off any excess. Discard the remaining marinade.
