- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 tablespoon
- Tandoori masala - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
- Ginger paste - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Yogurt - 1 cup
- Pork tenderloin - 1.5 lbs
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, tandoori masala, paprika, turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well to make the marinade.
- Cut the pork tenderloin into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Coat the pork pieces evenly with the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Thread the marinated pork pieces onto skewers and place them on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.

- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and slightly charred.
