  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, tandoori masala, lemon juice, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt to make the marinade.
  2. Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight in the refrigerator for better flavor.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers, alternating with onion and bell pepper slices.
  5. Brush the skewers with oil and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the paneer is slightly charred and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with lemon wedges and fresh coriander.
  8. Serve hot with naan bread or rice.
