Let's Get Started

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions, sauté until they turn translucent.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for a few more minutes.
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft.
  4. Add the kadai masala and salt, mix well.
  5. Add the diced bell peppers and paneer cubes, stir well to coat them with the spices.
  6. Cover the pan and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with naan or rice.
