Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and cook until they are golden brown.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the chicken and cook until it is no longer pink.
  5. Add the tomato paste, ground almonds, spices, and salt. Stir well to combine.
  6. Add the yogurt and cream, stirring continuously until the sauce is well mixed.
  7. Cover the pan and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
