Ingredients - Serves 4
- Fresh cilantro - For garnish
- Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - To taste
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Tandoori masala - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
- Yogurt - 1/2 cup
- Kohlrabi - 2 medium-sized, peeled and cut into cubes

- In a bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, tandoori masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, lemon juice, salt, and oil to make the marinade.
- Add the kohlrabi cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat them evenly. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight in the refrigerator for better flavor.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Thread the marinated kohlrabi cubes onto skewers and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
