Tandoori Grapefruit
This unique twist on tandoori cuisine combines the tangy sweetness of grapefruit with aromatic Indian spices.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh mint leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Tandoori masala - 1 tablespoon
- Yogurt - 1/4 cup
- Grapefruit - 2 large
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the grapefruits in half and remove any seeds.
- In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, honey, chopped mint leaves, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the tandoori marinade onto the cut side of each grapefruit half.
