  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the grapefruits in half and remove any seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, honey, chopped mint leaves, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the tandoori marinade onto the cut side of each grapefruit half.
  5. Place the grapefruit halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
