Ingredients - Serves 4
- Fresh herbs (parsley, dill, chives) - 1 tablespoon, finely chopped
- Black pepper - To taste
- Salt - To taste
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Red shrimp - 12 large, raw and peeled
Let's Get Started
- Place the peeled shrimp between two sheets of plastic wrap. Using a rolling pin, gently flatten the shrimp until they are thin.
- Arrange the shrimp slices on a serving platter.
- Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the shrimp.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle the chopped herbs over the top.
- Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
