  1. In a large bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well to make a marinade.
  2. Add cauliflower florets to the marinade and toss until well coated. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight in the refrigerator for better flavor.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the marinated cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with oil.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly charred.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with lemon wedges.
