  1. In a large bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, tandoori masala, paprika, cumin, coriander, and salt. Mix well to make the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken wings to the marinade and toss until well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken wings from the marinade, shaking off any excess. Discard the remaining marinade.
  5. Brush the grill grates with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
  6. Place the chicken wings on the grill and cook for about 12-15 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
  7. Remove the chicken wings from the grill and transfer to a serving platter.
  8. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
