  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, tandoori masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt to make the marinade.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly. Marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, alternating with sliced onions and bell peppers.
  5. Brush a baking sheet with vegetable oil and place the skewers on it.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with lemon wedges.
