  1. Wash and trim the celery stalks. Cut them into 2-inch pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and oil. Mix well to make a marinade.
  3. Add the celery pieces to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place the marinated celery pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the celery is tender and slightly charred.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot as an appetizer or side dish.
