Ingredients - Serves 4
- Lemon wedges - For serving
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
- Tandoori masala - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Greek yogurt - 1/2 cup

Let's Get Started
- Clean the baby octopus by removing the beak and internal organs. Rinse well under cold water.
- In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, tandoori masala, turmeric powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. Mix well to make the marinade.
- Add the cleaned baby octopus to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight in the refrigerator for better flavor.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated baby octopus onto skewers, leaving some space between each piece.
- Brush the grill grates with vegetable oil to prevent sticking. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the octopus is cooked through and slightly charred.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and garnish with fresh cilantro.
- Serve the tandoori baby octopus hot with lemon wedges on the side.
