Tan Tan Ramen
This spicy and flavorful Tan Tan Ramen is a delicious twist on traditional ramen noodles.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Black sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Soft-boiled eggs - 2
- Bean sprouts - 1 cup
- Green onions - 2, sliced
- Chicken broth - 4 cups
- Chili garlic sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Ground pork - 1/2 pound
- Ramen noodles - 2 packs
Let's Get Started
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the ground pork, garlic, and ginger. Cook until the pork is browned and cooked through.
- Add the soy sauce and chili garlic sauce to the skillet. Stir to combine.
