- Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon

- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Tamarind paste - 2 tablespoons
- Prawns - 1 pound, peeled and deveined
