- Parmesan cheese - 50 grams, grated
- Butter - 100 grams
- Tajarin pasta - 400 grams
Let's Get Started
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the tajarin pasta and cook until al dente, about 2-3 minutes.
- While the pasta is cooking, melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- Drain the pasta, reserving some of the pasta water.
- Add the pasta to the pan with the melted butter and toss to coat.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and some of the reserved pasta water, if needed, to create a creamy sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the pasta in bowls, topped with the finely grated black truffle.
