Let's Get Started

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the tajarin pasta and cook until al dente, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. While the pasta is cooking, melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
  4. Drain the pasta, reserving some of the pasta water.
  5. Add the pasta to the pan with the melted butter and toss to coat.
  6. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and some of the reserved pasta water, if needed, to create a creamy sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve the pasta in bowls, topped with the finely grated black truffle.
