  1. In a bowl, combine the lime juice, orange juice, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
  5. Grill the steak for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it thinly against the grain.
  6. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or stovetop.
  7. Assemble the tacos by placing a few slices of the grilled steak on each tortilla. Top with chopped cilantro, diced onion, salsa, and sliced avocado.
