Ingredients - Serves 4

- Onion - 1/2 cup, diced
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Corn tortillas - 12
- Salt and pepper - To taste

- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Orange juice - 1/4 cup

Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the lime juice, orange juice, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
- Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
- Grill the steak for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it thinly against the grain.
- Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or stovetop.
- Assemble the tacos by placing a few slices of the grilled steak on each tortilla. Top with chopped cilantro, diced onion, salsa, and sliced avocado.
- Serve the tacos de carne asada with additional lime wedges and your favorite hot sauce, if desired.
