Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, combine the lime juice, orange juice, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
  5. Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it thinly against the grain.
  6. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or stovetop.
  7. Assemble the tacos by placing a few slices of grilled steak on each tortilla. Top with chopped cilantro, diced onion, salsa, and sliced avocado.
  8. Serve the Tacos de Asada with additional salsa and lime wedges on the side.
