- Red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Red wine vinegar - 1/4 cup
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Parsley - 1 cup, chopped
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste

- Season the T-Bone steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
