Szechuan Shrimp Stir Fry
This Szechuan shrimp stir fry is a spicy and flavorful dish made with shrimp, vegetables, and a delicious Szechuan sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Cooked rice - 4 cups, for serving
- Salt - To taste
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Broccoli florets - 2 cups
- Onion - 1, sliced
- Bell peppers - 2, sliced
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Szechuan sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Shrimp - 1 pound, peeled and deveined
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, marinate the shrimp with soy sauce and Szechuan sauce for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
