Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the bell peppers and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  6. Return the shrimp to the skillet and add the soy sauce and Szechuan sauce. Stir to combine.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the shrimp is coated in the sauce and heated through.
  8. Garnish with the chopped green onions before serving.
