Szechuan Shrimp
This Szechuan Shrimp is a spicy stir-fry dish made with succulent shrimp, colorful veggies, and a savory spicy sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Szechuan sauce - 1/4 cup
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Green bell pepper - 1, sliced
- Red bell pepper - 1, sliced
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Shrimp - 1 pound, peeled and deveined
Let's Get Started
- Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the bell peppers and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Return the shrimp to the skillet and add the soy sauce and Szechuan sauce. Stir to combine.
