Swordfish and Orange Salad

- Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons

- Fresh parsley - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Cherry tomatoes - 1 cup, halved
- Cucumber - 1/2, sliced
- Red onion - 1/4 cup, thinly sliced
- Mixed greens - 4 cups
- Oranges - 2, peeled and segmented
- Swordfish steaks - 2 (6 oz) steaks
