Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs

- Pineapple chunks - 1 cup
- Soy sauce - 1/4 cup
- Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
- Vinegar - 1/2 cup
- Ketchup - 1 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Spare ribs - 2 pounds

- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Season the spare ribs with salt and pepper.
