  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate and butter together over a pot of simmering water, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove the bowl from heat and stir in the sugar until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Fold in the flour and sea salt until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still slightly gooey.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  9. Serve warm with a sprinkle of sea salt on top.
