Sundae
Sundae is a traditional Korean sausage made from a mixture of boiled sweet rice, oxen or pig's blood, potato noodle, mung beans, kimchi, and soybean sprouts, all stuffed in a natural casing.

- Natural casing - 1
- Soybean sprouts - 1/2 cup
- Kimchi - 1/2 cup, chopped
- Mung beans - 1/2 cup
- Potato noodle - 1 cup
- Pig's blood - 1 cup
- Sweet rice - 1 cup
Let's Get Started
- Soak the sweet rice and mung beans in water for 2 hours.
- Cook the sweet rice and mung beans until they are soft.
- Cook the potato noodle until it is soft.
- Mix the cooked sweet rice, mung beans, potato noodle, pig's blood, kimchi, and soybean sprouts together.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- Stuff the mixture into the natural casing.
- Boil the sausage for 1 hour.
- Slice the sausage and serve.
