- Fresh thyme - 1 sprig
- Fresh rosemary - 1 sprig
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Ribeye steaks - 2 (1.5 inch thick)
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your grill or skillet over high heat.
- Season the ribeye steaks on both sides with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the steaks on the grill or in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
- In the last minute of cooking, add the butter, rosemary, and thyme to the top of the steaks.
