Quail Stuffed with Wild Rice

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Fresh rosemary - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Celery - 2 stalks, finely chopped
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken broth - 2 cups
- Wild rice - 1 cup
- Quail - 4, cleaned and dressed
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a saucepan, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the wild rice, reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
