Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the steak and cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, add the bell peppers and onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Slice the steak against the grain and return it to the skillet. Sprinkle with the fajita seasoning and stir to combine.
  5. Divide the rice between four bowls. Top with the steak and vegetable mixture, black beans, corn, avocado, and salsa.
  6. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
