Steak and Mushroom Stir Fry

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  5. Return the cooked steak to the skillet and add the soy sauce. Stir to coat the steak and mushrooms with the sauce.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve the steak and mushroom stir fry over cooked rice and garnish with sliced green onions.
