- Dill pickle slices - 8
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Mayonnaise - To taste
- White bread - 8 slices
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- White onion - 1, thinly sliced
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Bean sprouts - 1 cup
- Eggs - 4
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add the bean sprouts, green onions, and soy sauce.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Pour a quarter of the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until set, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Repeat with the remaining egg mixture.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread. On four of the slices, place a lettuce leaf, a slice of tomato, two pickle slices, and a slice of onion.
- Place an egg patty on top of the onion. Top with the remaining slices of bread.
- Cut each sandwich in half and serve.
